ABOUT ME
From Study to Lived Practice
Over the last decade, my curiosity and intuition have led me across continents and into an immersive study of ancient technologies and holistic modalities. As I began integrating this time-honored knowledge into my life, it evolved from study into a lived practice — one in deep relationship with the Earth and the elemental forces that shape the physical and spiritual dance of being human.
MY APPROACH
From these foundational experiences, I developed an integrative and unique framework that supports alignment and coherence — one that merges cross-cultural ancient technologies of sound, medicine, meditation, ceremony, and more.
Ultimately, frequency is the unifying field within which my sessions and ceremonies unfold. Everything in the universe vibrates; life itself expresses through frequency. Sound therefore serves as the central organizing force of my practice — a steady fulcrum around which other modalities can organize in response to what is emerging for each individual. Sound does not impose change — it offers a pattern the body may choose to follow.
